Dean Henry (individual FSA IRM reference number DEH01097), is the co-founder of Royal Exchange Carbon Advisory and Plantation Capital Plc, the UK-based ethical investments and timber broker. Dean has 17 years of customer-facing and investment experience running large consultancy teams and heading up other investment businesses, which has provided him with great insight and experience into understanding clients and their investment requirements. Dean has built up considerable knowledge within the carbon and green investment markets by dealing with both individuals and large international corporates and consortiums.
Leigh Charlton
Director and Co -Founder
Leigh is co-founder of Royal Exchange Carbon Advisory and Ecogen Timber, the UK-based ethical investment and Timber broker. He has over 25 years of experience within the construction industry including advisory appointments to large construction companies and corporate clients. Leigh favours a ‘hands on’ approach to business and has been a driving force behind the company’s formation.
Satish Wadhwani
Sales Director
Satish brings a wealth of experience to his role as sales director. He has a degree in accountancy and his IT training with IBM and SAP gives him a solid foundation to perform his function effectively. He has the ability to interpret business requirements in order to deliver solutions and improve standards and revenues for clients. As part of his commitment to continuously improving standards within the company, he and his team are working towards gaining accreditation in FSA Investment advice.
Shelley Low
Operations and Marketing Director
Shelley has a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Post-Graduate Honours degree in Marketing. She has experience in the retail sector, as well as FMCG’s, research and she has managed global accounts for clients such as McDonald’s and Sara Lee. Shelley has been with the company for 2 years now, putting her diligent nature and global management skills to good use in operations and marketing. Shelley is currently completing a Diploma in Investment Compliance.
Ricky Sandhu
Creative Director
Ricky has a degree in Mathematical Business Analysis and has worked for several investment companies over the last 9 years. This experience has resulted in Ricky gaining a broad knowledge base of how investment companies need to be branded and marketed. As Creative Director for Plantation Capital it is Ricky‘s responsibility to ensure the Plantation Capital brand remains strong and that a clear message is delivered from all Plantation Capital marketing.
Alice Woodland
Client and Compliance Executive
Alice completed a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Media Arts and Popular Culture at the University of Plymouth. Alice worked in Europe and Australasia before returning to London. With experience working in educational promotion and management liaison, she now brings a wealth of experience in client services and administration to her role at Plantation Capital. Alice is currently completing a Diploma in Investment Compliance.
Adam Pittwood

Adam has been a consultant for 13 years and over that time has developed a thorough understanding of the issues that impact on sustainability and investment. He has been involved in many global projects for blue chip organisations and believes that forestry products are not only socially responsible but over the longer-term will represent exceptional investment potential.

Ben has 10 years of experience in sales and consultancy, including work on many blue-chip company contracts. He brings a wealth of experience and believes that climate change will continue to drive innovation, which is why he is excited by the potential that forestry represents, both as an ethical investment and a vehicle to deliver healthy profits.

Having spent over 10 years assisting clients to build and grow their property portfolios across many international markets, Rajiv has a good understanding of how best to assist clients looking to diversify and grow their investment portfolios. Rajiv has worked with sustainable forestry investments for over 3 years and has demonstrated how these types of investments are at the forefront of delivering profits in an ethical manner.
Neil Macvicar

Neil is responsible for Plantation Capital’s I.T. infrastructure and planning its developments. His responsibilities range from corporate data integrity and compliance to service planning and design as well as commissioning. Neil’s past experiences are wide and varied, ranging from being the director of Kernelspace Ltd to working for JP Morgan and IBM.
