Capital offered me initially a range of products and made later clear recommendations when they found out more about my specific
requirements. The service and communication received during the whole process was excellent. My experience with Plantation capital so far

I looked at forestry as an investment because I wanted a reasonable return over an extended period. I did not trust other investments indicating
a massive return in the hundreds of percents where I could not see how it were possible, plus I wanted an investment in something
“real” rather than virtual wealth creation eg stocks, bonds FX trading etc.
The returns I saw as illustrations from Plantation Capital were reasonable, achievable levels and I could clearly see the benefits, not just for
me as the investor but for everyone in the chain. Although it may sound strange I am happier knowing that Plantation Capital and the land
owners and managers are also making money. That way my investment is more likely to be sustainable and realistic.
The literature supplied on request was informative and clear. Again – no claims of instant overnight wealth but a clear and conservatively
projected investment plan with a high degree of flexibility to suit amount to be invested and length of time for returns. I also like the fact
that I have dealt with the same person throughout. If I call or Plantation Capital calls me I am talking to someone who knows my situation
and is not reading from a file. The personal touch is nice when you are investing significant sums of money.
Plantation Capital have been very helpful and professional throughout. Being rather wary of investing in forestry and not knowing the
background of Plantation Capital I was reserved at first. Plantation Capital have been very open and helpful answering all my questions
about both themselves as a company and the details of the investment. Their professionalism and openness has made me happy with my
investment to the point I have recommended them to friends and colleagues.

Dear All,
Just a quick e-mail to thank you for what turned out to be a fantastic break. The sights, sounds, culture and climate were such a contrast to
the UK and we were well looked after by Barry and his team from start to finish.
We spent a full day viewing the teak trees in the north and attach a few photos. The welcome and hospitality from the plantation team was
quite humbling and we were made to feel really special. We were particularly impressed with the advanced skills of Barry’s driver who managed
to successfully negotiate narrow and poor surfaced roads full of mopeds, push bikes, tuk tuks, lorries, tractors, coaches and wandering
herds of cattle all competing for the same space!
Being able to actually see the results of our investment on the ground has been both an interesting and exciting experience for both of us,
so thanks again for making it happen.

We first read Plantation Capital’s website in January 2010 and liked the idea of an investment which would provide us with a fixed income
for many years to come. When we contacted them, all information about the investment was provided quickly and in great detail. We were
naturally worried about investing with a company we did not know and in an investment about which we knew little. Everyone we have had
dealings with at Plantation Capital has been so helpful and have immediately dealt with any queries we have had.
We visited the Plantation Capital Estates in Sri Lanka in January this year and were most impressed by both the development and the staff
